During the Covid-19 pandemic isolation, members of the popular local group, “The Cruisers” got together from time-to-time to record original compositions at Star City Studio Productions, LLC in El Paso.
The group worked so well together in the studio that three members of the band decided to get together on a regular basis to arrange and record a variety of music styles in addition to recording original material.
Out of this process The Star City Trio was formed with the intent to share and perform their instrumental arrangements of jazz standards, pop, blues, country and more for private and special events.
The Star City Trio features John (Buddy) Winston on guitar, Doug Neal on bass and Andre Bonaguidi on percussion.
